TL;DR

Partner Development Manager (AI/SaaS): Driving top-line revenue and adoption of an AI-driven analytics platform by building and managing a network of strategic partners with an accent on joint go-to-market strategies and partner ecosystem growth. Focus on recruiting Hyperscalers and GSIs, developing governance models, and leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize partner engagement.

Location: Hybrid (US - Mountain View, CA). In-office expectation of 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $180k - $255k

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Hyperscalers, ISVs, and GSIs to create joint field engagement strategies and prioritize accounts.
  • Recruit and manage key strategic SIs and technology partners using AI-assisted identification tactics.
  • Develop partner governance models with clear goals, metrics, and performance forecasting.
  • Design joint offerings and go-to-market programs that create market differentiation.
  • Serve as the primary connector between field teams and partners to guide prioritization and collaboration.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing Strategic Partnerships and Technology Alliances.
  • Experience in the data & analytics ecosystem (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives (CXO).
  • Strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers.
  • AI literacy: hands-on experience leveraging industry-leading LLMs to automate routine tasks and increase productivity.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View, CA office (Hybrid).

  • Experience with resellers for SaaS products.
