TL;DR

Field Partner Leader (Software): Driving partner business across the North America Corporate team with an accent on cloud service providers and channel ecosystems. Focus on hunting new cloud revenue opportunities, executing GTM strategies, and accelerating deal velocity through CSPs.

Location: United States (West region). Requires 30%-50% travel.

Salary: $120,600 – $180,840 per year

What you will do

  • Hunt for new cloud revenue opportunities via partnerships to drive pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
  • Prospect, identify, and close strategic deals within the partner ecosystem.
  • Plan and participate in regional events to increase lead conversion with Cloud, reseller, and SI partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with regional partners and enable them on the hirify.global value proposition.
  • Create and execute comprehensive joint business plans and GTM strategies for the region.
  • Conduct on-site visits to cloud provider offices for account planning and technical enablement sessions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of quota carrying experience.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and influencing deals with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong existing network within the Partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to collaborate with field sales teams to ensure continuous lead flow.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate weekly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Willingness to travel 30%-50%, including regular onsite visits.
