What you will do

• Develop client-ready deliverables, including study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides.
• Oversee systematic literature reviews and quantitative evidence synthesis studies.
• Lead client communications and act as an independent researcher for specific study components.
• Mentor junior researchers, create development plans, and oversee their task completion.
• Collaborate on project management to ensure timely delivery and financial performance.
• Contribute to business development through proposal creation and concept ideation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related science.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in evidence synthesis.
• Must be based in Canada or the US.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in R/R Shiny.
