What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in commercial corporate accounts to drive sales growth.
- Support commercial dealers in presenting the for Business platform to end users.
- Execute on-site technical and sales training for dealers.
- Collaborate with the VP of Commercial Sales and Corporate Account teams to coordinate branch activities.
- Represent the company at industry association meetings and trade shows.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior sales staff and the inside sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, installation, and support of commercial security products (access control, alarm systems, and video surveillance).
- Proven track record of increasing revenue, closing new accounts, and growing existing ones.
- Ability to sell concepts and value-added services.
- Ability to meet heavy travel demands (approximately 50-75%).
- Strong technical and computer aptitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

- Experience with SaaS and Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) models.
