TL;DR

Focus on coaching managers, optimizing onboarding processes, and enhancing employee engagement within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Onsite in Huntsville, AL and Tulsa, OK

What you will do

  • Partner with and coach managers to effectively address and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Drive recruitment efforts and partner with facility managers to assess workforce planning needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientations, and exit/stay interviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate company policies and procedures.
  • Create a positive work environment through employee newsletters and engagement events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment supporting hourly and salaried staff.
  • Strong knowledge of employment/labor law and progressive HR practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Workday or UKG Kronos is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to South Region facilities as required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • PHR or SPHR certification.
