What you will do

• Maintain compliant job descriptions and HR policies across local, state, and federal levels.
• Develop and deliver training materials and performance management programs to staff and associates.
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts, delivering professional mediation and disciplinary outcomes.
• Drive workforce analytics and reporting to support the refinement of the company’s workforce plan.
• Create and maintain a market-based compensation strategy using research and pay surveys.
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in HRM, Labor Relations, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
