TL;DR
Employee Relations Partner (HR): Managing and resolving complex employee relations matters across exempt and non-exempt populations with an accent on workplace investigations and reasonable accommodation processes. Location: Los Angeles, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations
Salary: $150,000 – $165,000

What you will do
- Conduct thorough investigations into complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other complex ER matters.
- Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process, including interactive discussions and determinations.
- Support policy development and lead updates to the employee handbook.
- Partner with People Ops to ensure the completion of regulatory and compliance trainings.
- Track and analyze ER metrics to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Build and implement ER infrastructure to support the company's rapid scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or high-compliance environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and applicable policies.
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with high interpersonal sensitivity, empathy, and discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to obtain ITAR authorizations.

- Comfortable facilitating discussions and presenting to large groups.
- Superb organizational skills with experience triaging high-volume requests in a dynamic environment.
