TL;DR

Expansion Account Executive (HRTech): Driving expansion revenue through inbound and outbound outreach to existing customers with an accent on consultative selling and ARR growth. Focus on managing high-velocity sales cycles, leveraging AI-powered workflows, and maximizing product adoption within the People Platform.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote available for most locations, or hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) for those based in Denver, San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, or Scottsdale.

Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Execute a multi-touch outreach cadence via calls and emails to engage existing customers.
  • Conduct 60+ consultative calls daily to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage and achieve monthly ARR quotas through targeted expansion efforts.
  • Utilize AI-powered workflows to optimize sales processes and provide feedback for tool improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or account management focused on expansion.
  • Proven track record in high-velocity sales environments managing numerous interactions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience integrating AI into daily professional workflows (research, writing, summarization).
