Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Execute sales cadences using email, phone, and social drips via automation software.
- Conduct research to understand potential clients' needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Salesforce CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be located in the Kansas City Metro area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel 10-15%.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Experience with Outreach, LinkedIn, Demand Base, and Marketo.
