TL;DR

Account Executive (CRE SaaS): Driving sales of AI deal engine for commercial real estate brokerages, automating workflows from lead generation to commission payout with an accent on building broker relationships and closing profitable deals. Location: Fully remote across most of the US. Occasional travel (one week per quarter) for conferences and meetings.

Compensation: $74,000 base salary with OTE of $139,000

What you will do

  • Drive sales of hirify.global's platform to CRE brokerages, focusing on relationships and winning listings.
  • Handle customer workflows from first contact to commission, turning manual processes into scalable systems.
  • Expand platform adoption and achieve sales targets (OTE $139k).
  • Travel occasionally for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the US; role open across most of the US.
  • Sales experience in SaaS or CRE preferred.
  • Ability to travel ~1 week per quarter.
