TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Manage the full sales cycle for an AI deal engine in commercial real estate brokerages, from prospecting and discovery calls to product demonstrations, proposals, and closing deals with an accent on understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions. Focus on building a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales in a competitive CRE tech market.

Location: Fully remote role open across most of the US. Occasional travel (approximately one week per quarter) for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.

Compensation: $74,000 base salary with OTE of $139,000.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by leading discovery calls, delivering product demos, drafting proposals, and closing deals in your territory.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet monthly and annual ACV quotas.
  • Forecast sales activity accurately using sales tools.
  • Become an expert in commercial real estate tech dynamics and hirify.global's product suite.
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences and events, with up to one week of travel per quarter.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (SaaS required)
  • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
  • Curious, adaptable, and proactive learner

Nice to have

  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Commercial Real Estate industry experience
