HR Specialist

Location: Onsite in Kirkkonummi/Pikkala, Finland (hybrid model with remote work one day per week)

What you will do

• Take full responsibility for smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee experience
• Manage employment contracts, lifecycle changes, working hours, and terms
• Provide guidance to managers on labour legislation and collective agreements
• Handle employee relations and resolve people-related matters
• Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant handling of employment matters
• Contribute to HR process implementation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in broad HR role with ownership of daily operations (payroll advantage)
• Solid understanding of Finnish labour legislation and collective agreements (Technology Industries preferred)
• People-oriented, solution-focused approach with service mindset
• Strong execution skills in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent Finnish and English communication skills
• Relevant education (HR, business administration or similar)
