TL;DR

Human Resources Generalist (HR Operations): Administering and optimizing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle with an accent on onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL (in office 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Develop and drive onboarding initiatives to enhance the new hire experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Support employee relations, including counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Process terminations and conduct exit interviews to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist in the development and management of the performance review process.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the technology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws in supporting regions.
• Must be based in the Tampa, FL area for hybrid work.
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
