hirify.global provides infrastructure and application software designed to optimize and modernize systems for Global 1000 enterprises.

What you will do

  • Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software to modernize enterprise systems.
  • Lead sales campaigns in collaboration with sales engineers, marketing, and lab groups.
  • Develop prospects and events in coordination with Field Marketing.
  • Meet revenue targets and strategic objectives, including pipeline growth and territory planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders to shape early-stage opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience selling solution software to Global 1000 clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Ability to navigate large, complex customers with a portfolio product line.
  • Availability for 50% travel to attend tradeshows and meet clients in person.
  • Must be based in Italy.

  • Proven track record as a top performer with quotas exceeding 2M.
  • Experience with complex, multi-year subscription and perpetual license sales.
  • Existing network of trusted relationships within the designated region.
