What you will do
- Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software to modernize enterprise systems.
- Lead sales campaigns in collaboration with sales engineers, marketing, and lab groups.
- Develop prospects and events in coordination with Field Marketing.
- Meet revenue targets and strategic objectives, including pipeline growth and territory planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders to shape early-stage opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience selling solution software to Global 1000 clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- Ability to navigate large, complex customers with a portfolio product line.
- Availability for 50% travel to attend tradeshows and meet clients in person.
- Must be based in Italy.

- Proven track record as a top performer with quotas exceeding 2M.
- Experience with complex, multi-year subscription and perpetual license sales.
- Existing network of trusted relationships within the designated region.
