What you will do

  • Engage with customers to support new business, renewals, and policy enquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and vulnerability to apply appropriate support and adjustments.
  • Ensure customer records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle queries, payments, and policy changes confidently and professionally.
  • Work towards individual and team targets to contribute to branch success.
  • Represent the business in the community through local outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Strong ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Naturally friendly and confident communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
  • Organised and accurate approach to following regulations and processes.
  • Resilience under pressure and motivation to improve personal performance over time.
  • Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Must be based in or be able to commute to London (Uxbridge).

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or financial services.
