What you will do
- Engage with customers to support new business, renewals, and policy enquiries.
- Identify customer needs and vulnerability to apply appropriate support and adjustments.
- Ensure customer records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle queries, payments, and policy changes confidently and professionally.
- Work towards individual and team targets to contribute to branch success.
- Represent the business in the community through local outreach activities.
Requirements
- Strong ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Naturally friendly and confident communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
- Organised and accurate approach to following regulations and processes.
- Resilience under pressure and motivation to improve personal performance over time.
- Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no visa sponsorship is available.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to London (Uxbridge).
