Location: Must reside within the Cincinnati, Ohio area; requires local travel up to 75% of the time.

Salary: Base $50,000, OTE $100,000+

What you will do

• Sell Genius® POS and payment solutions to small and mid-sized merchants.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Conduct live product presentations and demos to showcase payment and inventory management features.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity using Atlas and Salesforce CRM.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional hirify.global services to existing clients.

Requirements

• Must reside within the area of the job posting (Cincinnati, Ohio).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience (preferred).
