TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Driving net new revenue growth by researching prospective customers and identifying sales opportunities with an accent on lead qualification and value positioning. Focus on conducting high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to schedule discovery meetings and demos.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote)

Salary: $55,000 base / $80,000+ OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies in collaboration with account executives.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for account executives to evaluate prospect needs.
  • Perform needs qualification calls and educate companies on the benefits of AP Automation.
  • Utilize advanced tech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to maximize productivity.
  • Build a foundation for career advancement into closing sales, account management, or sales enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to uncover and understand complex customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Experience in a metrics-driven sales role.
  • Knowledge of Spend Management.
  • Inside sales or enterprise prospecting experience.
