TL;DR

Account Executive 3 (Fintech): Leading prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business for Messaging, Voice, and Email products within the Financial Services vertical with an accent on consultative sales cycles and CPaaS ecosystem expertise. Focus on driving iACV growth, designing technical solutions for enterprise clients, and managing complex contractual negotiations.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA

What you will do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and achieve iACV quotas.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles for messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.), voice, and email solutions.
  • Design technical solutions for Financial Services clients using hirify.global's API platform.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Pricing teams to create mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Develop long-range territory strategies and maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline.
  • Act as the customer voice for product and carrier relations teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions.
  • Proven track record in technical SaaS or CPaaS sales.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and executing QBR strategy for territory penetration.
  • Ability to influence technical leaders and design data-driven account strategies.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

  • Deep experience working with telecom companies, SMS aggregators, or carriers.
  • Domain expertise in DevOps, Fintech, security, or investment banking.
  • Experience selling SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS.
