What you will do

• Own and lead growth of 1-3 assigned enterprise supermarkets, acting as their account manager to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Lead onboarding for new retail partners from contract to full implementation of hirify.global's tools.
• Drive initiatives like catalog optimization, assortment expansion, promotions, and commercial activities.
• Ensure operational quality in availability, preparation times, catalog management, store operations, and platform visibility.
• Provide day-to-day support, solve problems, improve processes, and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B account management, Business Development, Retail Operations, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Interest in retail and digital platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with proactive approach
• Comfortable with multitasking and learning new systems
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
