Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (AdTech)

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (Poland) ⚡️

🎯 Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within AdTech
• Experience working with European clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive business growth
• Knowledge of the Polish digital advertising market
• Comfortable collaborating with and occasionally communicating with US-based stakeholders
• Fluent English

➕ Nice to have:
• Existing network within agencies, publishers, and programmatic advertising companies in Poland
• Experience in Account Management or Strategic Partnerships
• Experience owning a local market or territory
• Previous exposure to international business development
