Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid: Office visit once a week)
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 plus 10% shift allowance

What you will do
- Manage license renewals and protect recurring revenue for AMER small-business accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and expansion potential within existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continuity and identify risks early.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ’s products and the surrounding database technology landscape.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to hit individual and company-wide monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Experience in managing customer complaints with strong listening skills and a solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated interest in IT and technology through study, work, or personal projects.
- Strong motivation to build a professional career in technology sales.
- Ability to manage a busy workload with excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Must be able to commute to the Cambridge office at least once per week.
