TL;DR

Renewals Sales Representative (Software): Managing renewals and protecting recurring revenue for AMER small-business customers with an accent on customer retention and growth identification. Focus on building customer relationships, mitigating risks early, and developing a deep understanding of the database technology landscape.

Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid: Office visit once a week)

Salary: £32,000–£35,000 plus 10% shift allowance

What you will do

  • Manage license renewals and protect recurring revenue for AMER small-business accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expansion potential within existing customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continuity and identify risks early.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of hirify.global’s products and the surrounding database technology landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to hit individual and company-wide monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing customer complaints with strong listening skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated interest in IT and technology through study, work, or personal projects.
  • Strong motivation to build a professional career in technology sales.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to commute to the Cambridge office at least once per week.
