What you will do

• Lead program management for assigned product line projects from development through sustaining and manufacturing support.
• Drive requirements process capturing customer, regulatory, and business needs.
• Manage cross-functional coordination, project budgets, and development deliverables.
• Oversee project managers and matrixed engineering staff, instilling urgency and quality.
• Contribute to R&D process improvements, talent development, strategic planning, and budgeting.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or hard sciences required; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 15+ years in development of electrical/mechanical/software embedded medical devices.
• 15+ years direct management experience directing engineering resources.
• Proven leadership, technical depth in electrical/mechanical/software, global regulatory experience (FDA 510K, MDR CE Mark).
• Strong project management (Agile/Scrum), cross-functional partnership, business acumen, communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, ability to multitask and decide under ambiguity.
