What you will do

• Lead and develop Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Software Engineering teams, including direct, matrixed, and outsourced resources.
• Own engineering execution across the full product lifecycle from requirements and architecture to production and field support.
• Deliver multiple concurrent development and customer-specific programs to committed schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations on customer requirements, configuration, quoting, and order execution.
• Plan engineering resources aligned with business priorities and build schedules.
• Establish goals, metrics, and processes to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and predictability; mentor and retain top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred); 15+ years progressive engineering experience in complex capital equipment, including 7+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering organizations (ME, EE, Systems, Software).
• Strong system-level understanding of complex electro-mechanical products and full product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority programs balancing performance, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Experience with customers, suppliers, and outsourced partners; semiconductor equipment (vacuum-based, thin-film, ion beam, deposition) a strong plus.
