Location: Must be resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. WA residents within driving distance of Tukwila requested to come into HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays (hybrid); others remote.

Salary: $117,200–$143,200

What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor to technology and enterprise leaders with forecast support, financial insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead annual planning, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial modeling, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop ROI analyses, NPV models, and executive recommendations for strategic initiatives and technology investments.
• Prepare monthly expense, project, and FTE variance reporting with actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial planning with enterprise priorities.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and build sophisticated financial models using tools like OneStream, Quickview, Hyperion, Smart View, and advanced Excel.
• Present insights and analysis to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years in financial institution supporting technology or enterprise initiatives, building ROI/NPV business cases, using OneStream, Quickview, Excel modeling
• Experience with presentations, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and relationship-building
