What you will do

• Own the monthly forecasting process, annual budgeting cycle, and development of multi-year financial models.
• Deliver KPI reporting and variance analysis to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive the adoption and scalability of financial systems to improve data integrity and decision support.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial and accounting policies and governance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance transparency and operational rigor within FP&A.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Mastery of FP&A methodologies, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
