Salary: $95,200 - $126,700 USD

What you will do

• Lead company-wide annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor key financial and non-financial performance indicators and manage dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal finance, business operations, and accounting teams for the close process.
• Provide concise variance explanations and business insights based on financial data.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and strategic special projects.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Florham Park, NJ.
• Strong analytical skills regarding P&L and cash flow drivers.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Working knowledge of EPM tools such as Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service or Hyperion (SmartView).
