Salary: $106,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Manage the full FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly outlooks, and long‑range strategic planning.
- Design, build, and maintain robust financial models to evaluate scenarios and the financial impact of operational decisions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying automation opportunities to reduce cycle times and enhance forecast quality.
- Support M&A integration by tracking synergies and evaluating whether acquisitions achieve intended strategic and financial objectives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Accounting, Finance, and Senior Management to align on enterprise‑wide financial goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (6+ years experience) or Master’s degree (4+ years experience).
- Must be based in or able to work in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid).
- High proficiency with OneStream and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial planning processes.
- Proven track record in successful process and system improvement initiatives.
Nice to have
- CPA or CMA designation.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese.
