IT Specialist

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1–2 end-user support for macOS devices and SaaS applications, troubleshooting access, authentication, and device issues.
• Manage identity and access including user lifecycle, account recoveries, JumpCloud MDM/SSO, Google Workspace administration, and 1Password.
• Handle device management, enrollment, performance troubleshooting, peripherals, and workstation setup via MDM.
• Own hardware procurement, inventory, and asset lifecycle for MacBooks, monitors, and peripherals.
• Administer SaaS tools like Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Monday.com; manage access, licenses, and SSO issues.
• Document processes, maintain compliance, enforce security best practices, and escalate complex issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT support/Help Desk (Tier 1–2)
• Strong macOS experience
• Hands-on with JumpCloud (or similar IAM/MDM)
• Google Workspace administration
• SaaS tools and user provisioning experience
• SSO, MFA, identity workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to have

• Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• Password managers like 1Password
• Startup environment experience
• Basic scripting (Bash, Python)
