What you will do

• Support and improve security practices and device management for remote workforce, ensuring secure foundations for game development.
• Design, implement, and maintain device configuration, security standards, and compliance (e.g., encryption, access controls).
• Establish documented standards and self-service for provisioning, access requests, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Engineering to implement changes without impacting workflows or timelines.
• Identify risks, implement scalable solutions, and manage identity/access (SSO, least-privilege).
• Handle device lifecycle, monitor health/compliance, audit external platforms (Discord, Roblox), and recommend tools.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• 3+ years in IT Administration
• Experience managing devices/security in remote-first company (similar size or larger)
• Strong attention to detail for permissions/access
• Manage/prioritize requests across teams; work independently
• Experience with SaaS access (SSO, Google Workspace), MDM platforms, endpoint security
• Comfortable evaluating/recommending tools
