What you will do

• Support employees with macOS and Windows desktop systems and resolve service request tickets.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including initial IT orientation for new hires.
• Administer SaaS services including MDM, GSuite, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Maintain network topology and peripherals, assisting with outages and troubleshooting WiFi/LAN issues.
• Implement IT company initiatives and provide recommendations for system upgrades.
• Ensure all hardware and software function according to established company standards.

Requirements

• Professional certification in macOS Support Essentials or proven macOS experience.
• Experience in SaaS Systems Administration (MDM, GSuite, Slack, etc.).
• Knowledge of Network Administration (WiFi, LAN, Fortigate Firewall).
• 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Support role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or MCSE.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Google Script, or Powershell.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automations.
