What you will do

• Own strategy and portfolio oversight for assigned energy infrastructure programs.
• Lead end-to-end execution of physical power infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning.
• Oversee the delivery of substation construction and utility interconnections.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with utilities, EPC firms, and consultants.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
• Provide accurate reporting on project progress, risks, and key milestones to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, power delivery, or large-scale infrastructure execution.
• Proven track record of delivering physical energy infrastructure, specifically substation construction.
• Experience working with major EPC firms (e.g., Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, Quanta).
• Ability to manage complex portfolios and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Strong decision-making skills in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
