Location: Hybrid; must be based in or near Austin, TX. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
Salary: $70,000 — $85,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer relationship for assigned accounts.
- Lead adoption and ongoing value delivery of the platform.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Proactively manage account health, risks, and renewal readiness.
- Lead business reviews and value-based conversations.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and support growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without new employer-sponsored authorization.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or observability concepts.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and experience with renewals.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
