TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing success, retention, and growth of customers for an AI-first hybrid observability platform with an accent on driving adoption and demonstrating value. Location: Hybrid; must be based in or near Austin, TX. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.

Salary: $70,000 — $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end customer relationship for assigned accounts.
  • Lead adoption and ongoing value delivery of the hirify.global platform.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage account health, risks, and renewal readiness.
  • Lead business reviews and value-based conversations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and support growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without new employer-sponsored authorization.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or observability concepts.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and experience with renewals.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
