TL;DR

Customer Success Specialist (SaaS): Managing a large portfolio of customer contracts to drive value-based conversations and ensure high renewal rates with an accent on lifecycle management and renewal forecasting. Focus on mitigating risk through data-driven strategies and partnering with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities.

Location: Remote (USA). Applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $76,000 - $100,000 USD (Annual base + variable)

What you will do

  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle, including forecasting, opportunity management, quoting, and agreement negotiations.
  • Drive value-based conversations to support, manage, and close renewal transactions for a high-volume portfolio.
  • Identify and mitigate customer risks using digital and data-driven strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Account Executives to support expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Legal teams to improve renewal processes and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in scaled customer success or sales environments.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS and familiarity with SaaS renewal motions.
  • Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree without experience.
  • Strong analytical ability and business acumen to drive measurable results from data insights.
  • Effective communication skills for leading conversations via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
