What you will do
- Build key account pipeline through qualification of both inbound and outbound leads.
- Employ a multi-channel approach including cold calls, email, and social media to engage prospects daily.
- Communicate the company value proposition in an intelligent and engaging way to potential customers.
- Track and maintain the Salesforce CRM with detailed notes, activities, and opportunities.
- Partner closely with the Key Account Team to move potential customers through the sales cycle.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new prospect customers that fit the business model.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or business development.
- Must be based in the USA.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel and/or work onsite as needed.
