What you will do

  • Build key account pipeline through qualification of both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Employ a multi-channel approach including cold calls, email, and social media to engage prospects daily.
  • Communicate the company value proposition in an intelligent and engaging way to potential customers.
  • Track and maintain the Salesforce CRM with detailed notes, activities, and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the Key Account Team to move potential customers through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new prospect customers that fit the business model.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or business development.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and/or work onsite as needed.
