TL;DR

People Operations Associate: Support People Ops and recruiting through coordination, system maintenance, and execution with an accent on candidate experience, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Focus on interview scheduling across time zones, ATS management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring consistent follow-through on tasks.

Location: Global Remote. This role requires significant overlap with US working hours. For U.S. applicants: hirify.global participates in the federal E-Verify program.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones for smooth candidate experiences
  • Maintain ATS data, job postings, candidate pipelines, and system quality
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing team members
  • Ensure accurate People data and documentation across systems
  • Assist with planning and execution of company offsites and team gatherings
  • Conduct research, synthesize information, and provide general support across projects
