What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
• Source and attract qualified candidates, manage job postings, and evaluate applications.
• Coordinate recruitment documentation, reference checks, and background checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and serve as the primary point of contact for HR operations.
• Ensure adherence to company values and practices throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• University degree in social sciences, management, or economics.
• 2+ years of experience in HR.
• Must be based in Istanbul city center.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) is mandatory.
• Ability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 Turkey time.
• Experience with recruiting tools, HR systems, and collaborative software.
