AI Enablement Specialist/Senior (AI)

Salary: CAD 94,000–118,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Build reusable frameworks, playbooks, standards, design patterns, and best practices for AI-enabled process design.
• Map and reimagine cross-functional enterprise processes, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and prioritize them by value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness.
• Prototype and pilot redesigned processes using approved AI platforms and agile methods, gather user feedback, and iterate toward rollout.
• Define KPIs and adoption measures covering cycle time, cost to serve, quality, employee and customer experience, and realized value.
• Lead change-management planning, stakeholder assessments, training, communications, adoption, reinforcement, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Coordinate employee events and create internal communications, digital content, presentations, videos, infographics, and job aids.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, change management, business, technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, employee engagement, enablement, event coordination, customer service, or a related area.
• 3+ years in business process analysis, process mapping, management consulting, or digital transformation within enterprise operations such as Finance, Procurement, or IT.
• 1–2 years of practical experience applying generative AI tools, low-code automation, or intelligent workflows to real business processes.
• Comfort designing human-in-the-loop checkpoints and agentic interactions, and the ability to create wireframes, mockups, or low-code pilots for user testing.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or operational information to audiences with varying familiarity.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, communication channels, events, workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong creative and visual-design skills for presentations, videos, graphics, and job aids.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, facilitating ambiguous problem-solving, influencing without authority, coaching teams, and building organizational capability.
