Location: Bucharest (flexibility in hybrid, office-based, or remote depending on business needs and role)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end development, execution, and measurement of global enablement programs aligned with go-to-market priorities like product launches and competitive wins.
  • Build playbooks and assets including positioning, talk tracks, objection handling, and follow-up motions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to translate messaging into field-ready guidance and accelerate customer value.
  • Coordinate with regional teams for localization and adoption in AMER and international markets.
  • Activate programs via live sessions, async learning, and communications; establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Define KPIs, track adoption and impact, and optimize programs based on data and market changes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enablement, sales operations, or GTM-focused role (sales, sales enablement, product marketing).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and go-to-market motions.
  • Proven experience building or delivering enablement programs and sales playbooks.
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into simple, field-ready guidance.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., HighSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
