What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development, execution, and measurement of global enablement programs aligned with go-to-market priorities like product launches and competitive wins.
- Build playbooks and assets including positioning, talk tracks, objection handling, and follow-up motions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to translate messaging into field-ready guidance and accelerate customer value.
- Coordinate with regional teams for localization and adoption in AMER and international markets.
- Activate programs via live sessions, async learning, and communications; establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs, track adoption and impact, and optimize programs based on data and market changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement, sales operations, or GTM-focused role (sales, sales enablement, product marketing).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and go-to-market motions.
- Proven experience building or delivering enablement programs and sales playbooks.
- Ability to translate complex solutions into simple, field-ready guidance.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., HighSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
