What you will do
- Partner with functional leaders to define AI use cases and translate business needs into operational solutions.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Maintain an inventory of AI tools and vendors, comparing them with traditional SaaS applications.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the business impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Coordinate with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Monitor production processes and address performance gaps to ensure responsible scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business transformation.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record with AI/automation platforms (Salesforce AI, HubSpot, Gong, MS Copilot, LLMs).
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and business impact of AI adoption.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, and APIs.
- Familiarity with data platforms and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and risk frameworks.
- Experience scaling operational playbooks and process standardization.
