What you will do

  • Partner with functional leaders to define AI use cases and translate business needs into operational solutions.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
  • Maintain an inventory of AI tools and vendors, comparing them with traditional SaaS applications.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the business impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
  • Monitor production processes and address performance gaps to ensure responsible scaling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business transformation.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record with AI/automation platforms (Salesforce AI, HubSpot, Gong, MS Copilot, LLMs).
  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and business impact of AI adoption.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with data platforms and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of AI governance, security, and risk frameworks.
  • Experience scaling operational playbooks and process standardization.
