What you will do

  • Design role-based onboarding programs for Support, Services, and Solutions Engineers to accelerate ramp time.
  • Lead live training sessions, product deep-dives, and hands-on workshops on new features and workflows.
  • Translate new product releases and feature changes into clear, practical training content.
  • Develop and manage certifications and knowledge checks to assess technical fluency across teams.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Product leadership to identify and close technical knowledge gaps.
  • Capture and scale best practices from top performers into repeatable frameworks and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Technical Enablement, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Technical fluency in data workflows, APIs, integrations, and automation concepts.
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding programs, certifications, and playbooks.
  • Proficiency with the modern GTM tech stack (hirify.global, Apollo, Salesforce) and enablement systems (Notion, Gong, or an LMS).
  • Must be based in New York.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for running workshops and executive-level conversations.
