What you will do

  • Develop and scale onboarding and "ever-boarding" programs to accelerate ramp time for EMEA hires.
  • Adapt global GTM standards to the EMEA market, ensuring consistency while applying intentional localization.
  • Identify performance gaps in pipeline progression and product knowledge to create targeted improvement programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and certifications focusing on discovery, outbound, and executive engagement.
  • Partner with frontline managers to reinforce coaching habits and ensure measurable behavior change.
  • Scale top-performer best practices into repeatable playbooks and frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement or sales, preferably within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of building onboarding programs, certifications, and playbooks.
  • Experience managing enablement systems such as Notion, Gong, or an LMS.
  • AI fluency, including the ability to build workflows, integrations, and automations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for running workshops and executive conversations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid).
