What you will do

  • Own GTM enablement programs from design through rollout, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and measurement.
  • Translate product, marketing, and GTM priorities into actionable learning for BDR, AE, SC, and CSM personas.
  • Create high-quality content including role-specific playbooks, competency hubs, and e-learning pathways.
  • Develop AI-native workflows and scalable automation resources to optimize GTM productivity.
  • Partner across Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent initiative landing.
  • Leverage pipeline signals and performance data to iteratively improve program efficacy.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Enablement or adjacent GTM roles, building programs from zero to scale.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform businesses with complex go-to-market models.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change in how the field sells.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency and experience using AI tools to build productivity workflows.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions using pipeline dynamics and performance signals.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the EPM software space or other highly technical solutions.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region GTM teams.
  • Familiarity with Gong, LetterAI, or other LMS and sales productivity tools.
  • Background in sales, product marketing, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
