Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship. Hybrid for those near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY; otherwise remote.

Salary: $104,700–$130,880 USD Annually

What you will do

  • Develop and support enablement for buy-side and sell-side Customer Success teams.
  • Create content and tools for renewals, value confirmation, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to build learning paths for major product releases.
  • Design and execute an enablement programming calendar with reinforcement mechanisms.
  • Track KPIs and ROI of enablement initiatives to identify skill and process gaps.
  • Manage and optimize enablement platforms like Highspot and Chorus to ensure content accessibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or revenue-facing roles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong technical literacy to simplify complex technical ideas for sales audiences.
  • Experience in Media, Martech, or Adtech industries (strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
