What you will do

• Own end-to-end logistics for external events like conferences, trade shows, meet-ups, and dinners, from planning to follow-up
• Provide operational support for general marketing projects and content/design operations
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, booth materials, swag, and on-site logistics
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and event presentations
• Build and maintain systems for event tracking, supplier contacts, and marketing operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or related internship
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple workstreams
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ownership and proactivity
• Proven collaborator with strong English communication skills for teams and vendors
• Eye for design and brand consistency in event materials

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management or event tools like Notion
• Experience in startup or high-growth tech environment
• German language skills
