What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of international CRM campaigns, including newsletters and lifecycle flows.
• Analyze performance metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue) to derive actionable insights.
• Help build and optimize automated customer lifecycle campaigns for welcome, post-purchase, and win-back stages.
• Assist in audience segmentation and the personalization of CRM campaigns.
• Collaborate with Webshop and Graphic teams to enhance campaign quality.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve CRM processes and overall campaign performance.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in E-Commerce and CRM/email marketing.
• Solid analytical mindset and proficiency in working with data.
• Fluent in English (additional skills in Dutch and/or French are a plus).
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Klaviyo.
