What you will do
- Manage and further develop the membership program and associated loyalty budget, including forecasting and reporting.
- Drive the membership and loyalty strategy in alignment with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and company objectives.
- Lead high-impact strategic CRM initiatives from concept to execution to ensure measurable results.
- Develop and optimize omnichannel member touchpoints across web, app, and retail stores.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for loyalty backend and frontend systems.
- Build a structured membership engagement calendar and support automated lifecycle communication journeys.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement, ideally within a D2C environment.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset.
- Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Expertise in executing CRM and loyalty strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency with CRM/Loyalty and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
