What you will do

• Design push and in-app communication strategies and manage the CRM tool roadmap (e.g., CleverTap, Leanplum).
• Execute high-quality campaigns and handle complex, cross-market use cases hands-on.
• Serve as the central interface between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Collaborate on technical mobile CRM topics including event tracking, SDK updates, and consent logic.
• Develop and test app retention strategies and promotional activities.
• Own KPI frameworks for delivery, engagement, and conversion to provide optimization insights.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in app CRM, preferably in e-commerce or digital agencies.
• Expertise with push/in-app platforms like CleverTap, Leanplum, Braze, Airship, or Batch.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile apps, including data flows and event tracking.
• Ability to act as a technical advisor for product managers and engineers.
• Analytical proficiency with KPIs and dashboards (SQL, GA4/Firebase, or Looker is a plus).
• Fluent English and at least B1 level German.
