CAN On Target Earnings: $102,000 - $142,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and own centralized People knowledge ecosystem, including taxonomy, governance, and lifecycle management
• Establish AI-ready knowledge structures for automation, compliant AI-assisted experiences, and integration with case management
• Design workflows integrating knowledge, intake, and support to improve self-service and reduce manual cases
• Partner on service model evolution, triage, escalation, and knowledge-driven support
• Evaluate and implement tools for knowledge management, search, and AI-enabled delivery
• Establish governance, guardrails, and risk frameworks for AI in regulated HR environment
• Lead cross-functional programs from planning to scalable implementation

Requirements

• Experience building or transforming knowledge management systems, service models, or shared services (0→1 or scale-up)
• Strong understanding of end-user experience; People Operations, employee experience, or HR service delivery preferred
• Proven experience with AI-native workflows for scripting, data structuring, and automation using agentic AI tools
• Ability to operate strategically and execute in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence without authority
• Strong judgment balancing innovation, risk, compliance, and employee impact
