What you will do

• Partner with the COO and executive team on people strategy and organizational design to scale teams.
• Design company-wide frameworks for performance management, compensation, and career development.
• Own and optimize people operations technology stack, including HRIS, benefits platforms, and compliance tools.
• Manage people operations budget, headcount planning, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor the People team while setting the strategic direction for culture and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all locations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience in high-growth tech or startup environments.
• Proven experience building and managing people operations teams and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience advising and influencing C-suite executives.
• Deep expertise in HRIS systems, benefits design, and global workforce planning.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check.
