Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and advance the extended workforce program, including operating models, governance structures, and escalation frameworks.
• Develop country-specific compliance guidance to support global operations across various regions and jurisdictions.
• Design and maintain scalable compliance standards and controls to reduce friction and increase operational efficiency.
• Coordinate immigration, visa, and right-to-work compliance in partnership with suppliers and Legal teams.
• Oversee extended workforce suppliers, conducting compliance assessments and periodic reviews.
• Identify, assess, and communicate compliance risks and trends to senior stakeholders in an executive-ready manner.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global workforce compliance, employment compliance, or HR operations.
• Demonstrated experience operating across multiple countries and regions.
• Proven ability to build and mature compliance programs in complex, high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive issues to resolution.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, or Washington, DC.

• JD degree.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms such as VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline.
