Location: Must be based in San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, or Washington, DC (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance available.
Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead and advance the extended workforce program, including operating models, governance structures, and escalation frameworks.
- Develop country-specific compliance guidance to support global operations across various regions and jurisdictions.
- Design and maintain scalable compliance standards and controls to reduce friction and increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate immigration, visa, and right-to-work compliance in partnership with suppliers and Legal teams.
- Oversee extended workforce suppliers, conducting compliance assessments and periodic reviews.
- Identify, assess, and communicate compliance risks and trends to senior stakeholders in an executive-ready manner.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in global workforce compliance, employment compliance, or HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience operating across multiple countries and regions.
- Proven ability to build and mature compliance programs in complex, high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive issues to resolution.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, or Washington, DC.
Nice to have
- JD degree.
- Familiarity with VMS platforms such as VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline.
