What you will do
- Develop and execute territory strategies to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects.
- Manage and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with Sales Development teams.
- Conduct value-based selling by tailoring presentations to address specific customer pain points and use cases.
- Build trust and manage relationships with C-Level and VP-Level decision-makers throughout the buying journey.
- Drive high-velocity sales cycles to consistently achieve revenue targets and quotas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas.
- Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong for activity management and analysis.
- Must be based in the US.
